How do I purchase Crusader Cash Online? |
|
Click Login or create a new account using the email address and password of your choice. Add the billing address of your credit card under 'Manage Addresses'. Go to the 'Crusader Cash' page in the grey navigation bar and click where indicated to go to the CampusDish online ordering site. Select appropriate Crusader Cash product to purchase Make sure you enter your Student ID Card Number where prompted (Note: If you have already set up your ID number in the 'My Account', 'OneCard options', you will not need to enter this number in to purchase). Enter in your CC information. Complete the sale.

I forgot my password, what do I do now? |

Click Login Click 'Forgot Password' Input your email address and a new password will be emailed to you (Be sure to check your Junk email folder, as some email accounts will automatically place unknown email as Junk email. To avoid this issue, please make sure that emails from CampusDish@aramark.com are approved to be received by your system.) |

My Student Card ID # has changed, how do I save my new card #? |
|
Email the Campus Dining Office (see the contact us page), with your name and the email address you use to order on CampusDish. Request that your saved Student ID # be removed. Please allow 24 business hours to process. You will then have to enter in your new card information in Campus Dish - Student ID Card Options screen. |

How can I view my Crusader Cash balance? |

Login (or create an account if you have not done so) Go to 'My Account' Go to 'OneCard Options' and input your Student ID Card # Make sure 'View Dining Balance Online' and 'Show balance on Home page' are both set to Yes If your balance is greater than 0$ it can be viewed on the home page |

How can my parent see my balance and add to my account? |
|
Login (or create an account if you have not done so) Go to 'My Account'
|
First, make sure you have set up your Student ID Card # in the 'OneCard Options' and you have the "Allow Family Linked Users to View Balance?" set to 'Yes'. | Next, go to 'Family Link' and enter your parent information, including their email address. Your parent will automatically be sent an email with a temporary password and the link to login and view your balance. They can then add money to your account without having to know your Student ID Card #. |

What if I want to purchase a gift from Sweet Temptations? |
|
Crusader Cash account: First, you need to make sure that you have linked your Student ID card in the "OneCard" options screen in the "My Account" section. You will not allowed to purchase Crusader Cash at the same time, so make sure that your shopping cart is empty. Select your gift product by clicking Gift Baskets in the grey navigation bar, then following the links on that page to the online shopping site for Sweet Temptations. Select your product and complete your purchase by choosing Student Account as your payment option. This amount will be automatically deducted from your Crusader Cash account, you will notice the balance on the home page will be adjusted accordingly. Please note you will need to have enough money in this account to cover the purchase, or you will not be allowed to complete the purchase. Credit Card:
You can purchase from our Sweet Temptations program with a credit card by going to Gift Baskets and following the links to the Sweet Temptations online shopping site. You will need to include both your gift recipients school address and your credit card billing address in the "Manage Addresses" section prior to checkout.

What does error "Account number is invalid for 'Student ID Card Number', or the system does not recognize the configuration. Please contact us with any questions." mean?
|
|
Your Student ID Card Number is either not in the dining system or is incorrectly entered. Recheck the page for a description of where the card number is located and make sure you are typing it in correctly. If you are entering the number correctly, your ID is either inactive or expired. Please contact the dining office at 570-372-4228 to have your card status verified. |

Who do I contact to check on the status of my order? |
|
Login, and go to "My Account" Order History. On the Order History page you can view any of your previous orders by clicking on the order number. If the information there does not answer your question, please contact the dining office at 570-372-4228. Please note that the Crusader Cash purchases are INSTANT and will be automatically added to your existing Crusader Cash account. |

I am a parent, should I enter my student's ID card number in the My Account OneCard options? |
|
No. Students should be the only ones to enter their Student ID in the OneCard options. Your student should then set up a new 'Family Link' member with your name, and email address. The student should also check to make sure the 'Allow Family Linked Users to View Balance?' is set to 'Yes', which would allow the parent to view their Cafe Cash balance online. |
