Meal Plans Terms & Conditions


Eligibility and Requirements for Meal Plan
Woodward residents are required to select a meal plan but MAY NOT select either of the Debit Plans.
Talbott and University Square residents may select any plan.

Enrollment
Meal Plan contracts are for the full academic year and are renewed automatically for the Spring semester unless cancelled prior to the beginning of the semester.

Meal Plan Billing
Charges are added to term bills for each semester.  Payments must be made at the Blumenthal Hall Business Office.
Non-Rutgers students must submit payment with contract agreement.

Meal Service
The 'all you care to eat' option may only be used at Stonsby Commons.
Meals are only served when classes are in session.  The session is determined by the academic schedule of the RU-N undergraduate colleges.
Meals are not transferable to other persons.  Weekly meal plans do not carry over to the next week.  Block meal plans are usable throughout the entire semester.  Flex dollars do not carry over to the following semester.  Debit dollars do carry over from Fall to Spring semester but do not carry over to the following academic year.

Special Features
All meal plans include Flex Dollar$, which are credits toward a-la-carte retail food purchases or additional all-you-care-to-eat meals at the dining hall.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refund
Request for changes to meal plans must be made in writing at Paul Robeson Campus Center, Room 325.  All requests for changes must be made not later than the 3rd Monday of each semester.
