Meal Plans - Frequently Asked Questions


Can I add additional Bronc Bucks to my plan?
You can easily add additional Bronc Bucks with your Visa or Mastercard by visiting the Cashier's Office in the Student Center.  Cashier office hours are M - F, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.  You may also call 609-896-5390 for additional information.  Bronc Bucks should be added in increments of $25.00.

 

Are any unused Bronc Bucks refundable?
Bronc Bucks are honored through the end of summer session 2.  Any unused Block Meals or Bronc Bucks are non-refundable.  

 

Who can use my card?
Your ID card is non-transferable.  Your dining contract states that your ID card may not be altered or used by another student.

 

If I lose my card, do I lose my Bronc Bucks?
Your Bronc Bucks are protected when your card is reported lost to Greg Hanf, the Campus Card Administrator, at 609-896-5234.  Greg's office is located in the Student Center, roon 137.  

 

Where can I find out more information concerning special dietary needs?
If you have special dietary needs, we can take the worry out of planning your meals.  Just call 609-896-5061 and we will make an appointment for a one-on-one consultation with the director.
