Rubin Hall is a traditional residential dining hall where you’ll find a wide variety of choices such as the ones listed below.  Here you will find a friendly atmosphere with people ready and willing to go the extra mile in order to satisfy our customers.  We provide many choices for vegetarian and vegan customers.

Join us every Friday night as we embark on a flavorful journey around the world.  Each week Rubin will be transformed into a different area of the world.  This semester enjoy Asian, Mediterranean, Italian, French, Mexican and Indian cuisine.

Rubin has a fresh idea for pasta...Homemade pasta made without eggs so its Vegan!  Enjoy the fresh flavor of hand made, freshly cooked pasta in your choice of Pesto, Tomato or Vegan Alfredo sauce.
