Q. Can I carry over my unused meals to the next week? A. It depends on your plan. If you have the Block Buster or Mini Block Plan, you have either 175 or 75 meals to use any way you like. However, if you have the Supreme, Flex-able or Social Lite or Commuter Plan, the meals must be used in the week they're assigned, and cannot be carried over to the next week. There are no meal plans that allow you to carry over meals from semester to semester.
Q. Can I change my Dining Plan? A. Yes. You can change your plan the first 2 weeks of each semester by simply going to the Student Affairs Office on the 3rd floor of Sullivan Hall and completing a Membership Change Form.
Q. What do I do if my FLEX runs low? A. Simply make a deposit (in $25 increments) to your account by cash, check, money order or credit card. Go to the Student Financial Services in Russell Hall and tell them you want to replenish your Flex and they'll take care of you.
Q. Can I treat a friend to a meal on my plan? A. Yes, you can treat a friend to a meal at any of our dining facilities on campus using your Flex Dollars. You receive five (5) meals per semester to use as guest meals at Bentley. Residential Restaurant (this excludes All Flex Plans). Depending on your meal plan, the guest meals will be deducted from your weekly meal allotment or remaining meals on your block plan.
