Special Dietary Needs

 

 

Georgetown University Dining is dedicated to meeting student's special dietary needs.  If you are a student with special dietary needs or food allergies, please contact the Registered Dietitian @ (202)687-5426 or kh332@georgetown.edu

 

A complete listing of common allergens, including wheat, milk, egg, soy, peanuts, treenuts, fish and shellfish, of all food items served at Leo's Dining Hall is located within the Nutrition Calculator.

 

Students with Celiac Disease, please contact the Registered Dietitian for access to gluten-free food items, a gluten-free toaster, a gluten-free sandwich press and individually portioned condiments.  If you have suggestions for further improving the gluten-free items within Leo's please join the Gluten-Free Student Support Group.

Georgetown University Dining unfortunately does not offer Kosher or Halal certified meals.  If you are a student that requires a special diet secondary to religious convictions, please review the regulations for meal plan reductions or exemptions.  If you have further questions pertaining to meal reductions or exemptions please contact the Registered Dietitian @ (202) 687-5426 or kh332@georgetown.edu.

Gluten-Free Student Support Group

The purpose of this support group is to create a central location for students to meet other students with Celiac Disease, voice their concerns, suggestions and opinions to a member of the Georgetown University Dining Services staff and create a dining environment that is gluten-free friendly.
