Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines before making your Meal Plan choice:Meal Plan participants will be allowed to change or cancel their choice of plans within the first four weeks of the semester subject to a pro-rated charge based on the number of days enrolled in the weekly plan, or the amount of meals used in the block plan. For weekly Meal Plans there will be a charge for the days enrolled in the plan being exited and a credit for the number of days elapsed before enrolling in the new plan. For Block Plans there will be a charge for the meals eaten in the Block Plan being exited. There will be a charge for the entire block of meals in the new Block Plan. Flex Dollars are nonrefundable and balances will remain on your account. Freshmen and sophomores residing in residence halls must remain in a weekly or unlimited Meal Plan (not a Block Plan). Class standing is determined by the Registrar's Office. No refunds, changes or cancellations will be granted after the Meal Plan change cutoff date of September 24, 2012 for the Fall Semester and February 4, 2013 for the Spring Semester.The Flex Dollars that come with the purchase of the 24, 14 and 10 Meal Plans, or the Block 180 and Block 135, are nonrefundable. If a 24, 14, or 10 Meal Plan, or Block 180 or Block 135 is canceled or switched to another plan, the Flex Meal Dollars are not refunded, but remain available in your flex dollar account for use throughout the semester. The Flex Dollars that come with the purchase of any subsequent plan will be added to the participants' Flex Meal Dollars account and both will remain available for use for the remainder of the semester. Flex Dollar balances will not be carried over between semesters.
