Finals week is coming up soon! Instead of loading up on tons of caffeine and sugary foods, try some of these deliciously energizing, stress-less snack ideas:
Top a banana with low-fat vanilla and strawberry frozen yogurt. Sprinkle with your favorite whole-grain cereal. Sprinkle grated Parmesan Cheese on natural popcorn. Layer a parfait with vanilla yogurt, mandarin oranges, strawberries and blueberries, then top with granola. Break a graham cracker into small pieces. Add low-fat chocolate pudding with miniature marshmallows. Create a trail mix with your favorite dried fruit, nuts and whole-grain cereal. Try veggies in hummus or a low-fat sour cream dip. String cheese with a handful of pretzels.
