A Student Food Committee meets monthly on campus. The Committee consists of students who are meal plan participants along with representatives from Auxiliary Services and the Dining Services team.
The goal of the Student Food Committee is to obtain feedback on menus, communicate new ideas and seek student input on future planning. If you are interested in joining the committee please contact Kristen Hamilton at

Donation Request Procedure:
Georgetown Dining Services is dedicated to giving back to the community and helping create positive experiences on campus. One of the ways in which we ensure this goal is met, is by setting aside an annual sum solely to be given out in donation form. Donations are granted to GU clubs and organizations who demonstrate the need for funding, and make a positive contribution to the campus or community.
Clubs or groups that need funding should fill out the Donation Request Form and submit to DiningServices@Georgetown.edu. If your club or group would like to apply for donation money for the school year, feel free to submit your form early. Hopefully by seeking future needs, Dining Services will be able to ensure a fairly equal donation pool for both new and previous sponsored groups.
