  • Create an indoor herb garden in Dansbury Commons: Talk about locally grown!

 

  • Introduce single napkin dispensers at all venues

 

  • Eliminate plastic wrap from all dining room use

     

  • Implement a composting program

     

  • Conduct an internal energy and utilities audit (install timers or motion sensors for lights)

     

  • Purchase local Fresh Eggs

     

  • Use eco-friendly detergent for all laundry responsibilities

     

  • Install a dishwasher/dishroom @ Center Court location in order to reduce paper usage

     

  • Newly installed POD unit with hot offerings utilizing eco-friendly containers for to-go program.
