 UD Catering takes great pride in offering a variety of services for faculty, staff, and students. Our services include served dinners, buffets, receptions, coffee breaks, and à la carte menus.

Ordering
Please note: If your event is going to be held in Perkins Student Center, Trabant University Center, The Bob Carpenter Center, or Clayton Hall, please place order from the Catering Menu available on the Conference Services Web site.
Call 831-2891 or use our on-line catering form to place your order. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
If you wish to provide alcohol at your catered function, please complete the Alcohol Approval Form.
To provide you with the best service and quality possible, we require that you place your orders no later than five business days prior to your event date. A final guarantee is required no later than three business days prior to your event. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation letter with your menu selections and estimated costs. Please take a moment to read through your order, verify your approved speed type or other method of payment, make any changes necessary, and send it back to us. You may also fax orders to 831-8275 or e-mail us at UDCatering@udel.edu.
* Late orders are subject to availability; however, we will make every effort to accommodate all requests for services
Leftover Food Policy
In order to comply with the department of health, state and local health regulations, perishable food will not be permitted to be taken away from any catered event. This applies to both clients and their guests.
