Troy Jordan
Food Service Director
Born and raised in DC, Troy brings a great wealth of knowledge about not only the business in which we operate, but the area and people as well. With more than 8 years of University Dining experience,along with airline and restaurant experiences as well, Troy*s contributions to not only our Residential Dining Program, but our culinary efforts as well, has assisted greatly with the transformation of CUA*s overall dining program.

Charles Thomas
Asst. Food Service Director
Charles was born and raised in Washington D.C. and has a B.S. degree in management from Shaw University in North Carolina, where he attended the univerisity on a Baseball Scholarship. Before becoming a Manager at CUA, Charles worked as the Service Manager at Coppin State University in Baltimore MD. In his free time, Charles coaches football, baseball and basketball as well as a mentor at the local boys and girls club.

Kathy Battle
Supervisor
Kathy has contributed to the food service operations at Catholic University for more than 20 years now. Although Kathy didn*t begin in a supervisor position, Kathy*s hard work and diligence for the Residential program has allowed her great promotional opportunities.

Mike McElhaney
Supervisor
Mike was promoted to our late night supervisor with the start of the fall 08 school year! Mike has only worked with the CUA family for a year now, and during this year showed consistent progress, hard work, and diligence. As Michael is very customer-driven, please look for Mike during your late night visits to thetudent Restaurant, as he is here for you!
Retail Managers and Supervisors

Endri Baduni
Retail Director
Fluent in Albanian, English, Spanish, and Italian, Endri began with ARAMARK as a student worker in 1999, and has since worked in 5 different accounts, throughout Arkansas, New York, and now DC. Endri leads our 2nd floor Retail team, and assists the corporation and our location in maintaining and ensuring a safe work environment for all of our staff!

Katie Nottingham
Asst. Retail Director
Katie graduated from Cottey College in 2003 and Purdue University in 2006. From there she moved back to her home state of Kansas, where she managed two restaurants. She managed Baja 600, a Mexican restaurant, and KC Masterpiece, the restaurant associated with the national brand KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce. Katie moved from Kansas City to D.C. in early 2008. Katie's friendly face can be seen at any of our 5 retail locations.

Kendall Capps
Asst. Retail Director

Pearl Tucker
Supervisor
As the most senior Supervisor on campus, Pearl has now experienced 3 different ARAMARK locations, and has worked in almost every location throughout CUA. Known for being the jazzy-dresser that she is, Pearl couples her stylish wardrobe and ever-changing hair do's, with the warmest, most sincere smiles and conversations. Although mostly stationed at the Law School, Pearl consistently helps out in the Retail locations throughout campus, and leaves her mark everywhere she goes.

Tashia Carter
Supervisor
Tashia has been a huge resource for us, as she has a long history as a coffee barista! Tashia can mostly be found in Starbucks as the opening Supervisor. She is truly an asset and ensures that everything is well-stocked and ready to go! Tashia works hard to create a true experience for each of you everyday.

Zachery Chavelier
Supervisor
Zach can mostly be see in our Starbucks operation during the later parts of the day. As a recent recipient of his undergaduate dergee, Zach aspires to use his experiences gained with ARAMARK to prepare him for these future goals.

Crystal Robertson
Supervisor
Crystal's warm smile and friendly demeanor is usually the first thing seen when you walk into Starbucks. Crystal has worked in different capacity's throughout the location & has always been known for the customer service that she delivers. As Crystal learns new things, her smiling face will be seen even more throughout the campus.
