If I have a weekly meal membership and I don’t use all of my meals in one week, do they carry over to the following week? Meals are good for a one week period. They do not carry over from one week to the next. It is key to select the best plan for your schedule and your dining styles so you can get the most from your dining membership. Not sure what plan is for you? We can guide you! Give us a call at (570) 389-4484.
Can I change my dining membership? Absolutely! We want you to have the best plan for you. You can adjust your dining membership up to and including the first week of the fall and/or spring semesters. Simply log onto www.bloomu.edu/current/mealplan.php or visit the business office in the Waller Administration Building.
Can I treat my friends by using two ‘meals’ in a meal period? For your protection, you are the only person allowed to use your ‘meals’ and you can only use one meal per meal period. If you would like you treat a friend, you may pay for their meal using your Flex dollars or a guest meal.
What Do I do if my Flex runs low? Each time you use your card, you may ask the cashier to tell you how much Flex and/or meals you have remaining. If you are running low, you can add to your account (with a minimum of $25.00) Log onto www.bloomu.edu/forms/busoffice/flexplan to add more flex. This will then be charged to your student account.
