Get what you crave and catch up with friends at our friendly, comfortable all-you-care-to-eat location in the Mary Graydon Center.  Watch the preparation of your made-to-order meal or venture over to one of our multi-stations serving local sustainable entrees, international cuisine and home-style entrees. 

Guest dining in the Terrace Dining Room can use cash, credit card or EagleBucks. 
The Chopping Block 
Here at the Chopping Block, CULINARY is KING! The Chef’s take center stage and introduce the community to new and wonderful flavors in a demonstration cooking forum. Here is where we will celebrate diversity not only from the joys of eating but from the joys of cooking.
Bliss
Sometimes students just want a taste of home; blissful respect for what reminds us of comfort eating. Southern Fried Chicken and Biscuits, Chef Carved Roast Beef with Gravy and Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Baked Fish and Steamed Fresh Vegetables. Vegan and Vegetarian specialties will also be offered at this station with lunch and dinner.
The Cauldron 


When it’s cold out (or even when it’s not), there’s nothing more satisfying than a bowl of warm cereal in the morning or a bowl of hearty soup in the afternoon or evening.

Sizzlin' 


Fresh off the griddle! Morning classics and specialty items to brighten your day. Traditional favorites offered every morning include, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, a breakfast sandwich, and a variety of breakfast meats.  So much more than burgers! The Sizzlin! Grill scores big! It is inspired by classic Barbecue and International Grilling techniques. There’s something Sizzlin! To satisfy every appetite. Come enjoy the sound, sizzle and intoxicating aroma of a great grill. Featuring specialties such as the Churrascaria Burger as well as Apple Cider and Maple Brined Pork Chops.

Mediterranean 


Our Wood Stone Oven is perfect for creating authentic Florentine “Thin Crust” or Traditional Italian pizza made from home made dough. The secret is the intensely high temperature and stone hearth deck we bake it on. Choose from a variety of pizza’s covered with creamy fontina, aged asiago or mild mozzarella cheeses, topped to your liking with perhaps some Sicilian pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, gorgonzola, or white beans.   Our Wood Stone Oven creates mouth watering Mediterranean specialties that go way beyond just pizza. Whole roasted fish presented as a succulent fresh fish taco or Wood Roasted whole chicken with savory and luscious crispy skin served over creamy polenta with garlic sautéed broccoli rabe.

Our chefs like to say, “Preserving Heritage through Food” is the best way to represent International flavors. “Taste” is where we feature authentic global “Street Food” favorites for your tasting pleasure. Authenticity in preparation and ingredients drive this menu. You’ll get to experience authentic global cuisine without all the jet lag!

Friend of the Farmer 


This is where Vegetarian and Vegan Cuisine are featured. Our chefs take an exhibition cooking approach to this station always providing action. Driven by the seasons and what Mother Nature provides, local ingredients will be featured in the delivery of this menu. Our chefs love the fact that vegetarians give their food so much thought. It is this focus and respect for the season’s best ingredients that inspire this menu.

Presto 


Our philosophy is innovative Global flavors served in a Local Deli style.
Made-to-order over-stuffed deli sandwiches are served on an assortment of warm, freshly baked rolls or enfolded into specialty wraps. Sea salt and black pepper rubbed roast beef, honey and maple roast turkey breast, NYC style pastrami or Euro baguette sandwiches and pressed Panini always served with a cold crunchy garlic or dill pickle.  The deli menu is all about “Convenience and Comfort” If a guest wants a simple basic sandwich the “Standards” are always available. The “Signature” selections are where most guests choose from because they represent creative trendy approaches to this favorite of stations. The other hallmark is Artisan great bread for all deli selections!

Farmers Market 


Farmers Market features the most pristine produce available every day. Starting with your favorites on a traditional salad bar we add grains, beans, grilled and roasted meat and seafood, tofu, edamame and more. Compliment your salad with one of our homemade dressings and a rotation of featured olive oils and vinegars. We are committed to providing the freshest of ingredients from our local farmers with sustainable practices based on seasonal availability.

Sustainability Chef Station:  Farm-2-Fork
Culinary expertise and dedicated Sustainable philosophies are the hallmark of this station. Restaurant style “small plates” will be presented here by our Sustainability Chef. The menu will contain concepts such as “Know your Farmer”, Monterey Bay Sustainable Seafood, and
Seasonal Menus highlighting the local harvest are just the beginning of this delectable station.

Sweet Dreams 
Made-to-order Strawberry Shortcakes, Crème Brûlée, Macerated Berries, House- Made Granola bars, Chef’s featured Cookie Bar, Brownie Sundaes, Ice Cream, Deconstructed Candy Bars, Root Beer Floats, Cupcakes, Creamsicle Cupcakes, and Hot out-of-the-Oven Chocolate Chip Cookies. We pride ourselves on our Seasonal Warm Cobblers and Molten Chocolate Cake.

Gluten-Free Station and "Worry Free" Pantry  Vegetarian cuisine is becoming a much more mainstream demand. Have a special need?  The registered dietitian and chefs are always happy to work “one on one” with students to design a menu that will work with their needs. Choices and variety are where it’s at. The “Worry Free” pantry provides a mini kitchen with a toaster, refrigerator and freezer stocked with items that are gluten free or provided for dietary restrictions as requested. Access is provided through key card swipe for participants. This ensures a separation of sensitive foods from the rest of the servery.
