Build a one-day menu using “Let’s Make a Meal!” Then use the “Food Guide Calculator” as a quick and easy tool to see if you are Eating Well with Canada's Food Guide. “Let’s Make a Meal!” allows you to choose various menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, and compares your choices against the food guide servings recommended by;
My Food Guide is an interactive tool that will help you personalize the information found in Canada's Food Guide. By entering personal information, such as age and sex, selecting your favorite items from the four food groups and choosing different types of physical activities that you enjoy, you can create a tool that is customized just for you.
EATracker has been developed by Dietitians of Canada. The web-based program lets you track your daily Eating + Activity choices and compares them to the guidelines laid out by Health Canada. EATracker will assess your information and provide personalized feedback on your total intake of energy (calories) and essential nutrients and compares this to what is recommended for your age, gender, and activity level. It also determines your body mass index (BMI) and provides information to help you achieve and maintain a healthy.
