Faculty/Staff Member? You're covered too!
Faculty/Staff may purchase a 15 meal plan for $105 (+tax). This works out to $7 per meal...you can save $72 versus paying the door rate! You can eat at any of our 4 dining halls on campus (Howe, Shirreff, Risley, O'Brien), and eat as much or as little as you like while in the dining hall.
How a dining membership works for you
Commuter memberships fit the way you live. You get easy access to great food and value for your money when you are a Food Services dining club member. A magnetic stripe on the back of your Dalcard/Student ID card works with our computer system to identify you as a dining plan member. Simply go to the dining hall of your choice on campus, and our checker will swipe your card. Once in, you can eat as much or as little as you like.
The "meals per week" portion of your plan can be used at either one of our four all-you-care-to-eat dining locations: Howe Hall, Shirreff Hall, O'Brien Hall and Risley Hall.
Food Bucks work on the same principle as bank debit cards. Each time you make a food purchase, the total cost of your meal is subtracted from the balance in your account. Food dollars can be used at your discretion throughout the semester.
*Please note that it may take 24 hours for any changes to your meal plan to be enacted and/or assigned to your DalCard.
