What are the advantages?

Membership has many benefits. It really helps to make the daily living details of campus life much simpler. You get the security of guaranteed all-you-care-to-eat meals, or the flexibility of a la carte purchasing using bonus dollars.

The run-down:
  1. You never have to worry about carrying cash.
  2. Enjoy the same dining privileges resident students have.
  3. Lots of great food choices.
  4. There is a 13% sales tax savings on your purchase depending on the plan selected.

How a dining membership works for you:

Commuter memberships fit the way you live. You get easy access to great food and value for your money when you are an ARAMARK dining club member. A magnetic stripe on the back of your
Dalcard/Student ID card works with our computer system to identify you as a dining plan member.

The "meals per week" portion of your plan can be used at either one of our four all-you-care-to-eat dining locations: Howe Hall, Shirreff Hall, O'Brien Hall and Risley Hall.

Food Bucks work on the same principle as bank debit cards. Each time you make a food purchase, the total cost of your meal is subtracted from the balance in your account. Food dollars can be used at your discretion throughout the semester.
