 Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
Since 1997, ARAMARK Canada employees have been committed to supporting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) by raising pledges for the annual Walk for the Cure, as well as holding fund raising events (bake sales, raffles, etc.). ARAMARK's involvement with JDRF provides excellent exposure in the business community and fosters an environment of teamwork and high morale for our ARAMARK Canada employees. |

 United Way
ARAMARK Canada is committed to helping people in our communities through support of United Way. At Head Office, a number of activities and fun events take place every year, such as our annual United Way Kick-Off Breakfast, Christmas Fair, and "Adopt a Family" drive. The major activity is our United Way payroll deduction program, whereby, employees can have small deductions made each pay period. United Way is just one more way ARAMARK Canada employees demonstrate their generosity to those in the community who are in need.

Harbourlight
ARAMARK Canada employees responded generously to a winter clothing drive, supplying costs, hats, gloves, and scarves. Volunteers helped to make sandwiches, soup, bag-lunches, and sorted endless bags of donations, which were distributed, with the help of the Salvation Army Harbourlight mission, to homeless youths on the streets of Toronto.

ARAMARK Canada is a major sponsor of "Friends of We Care" Inc., an organization made up of companies in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry, which raises funds to send physically disabled children to camp. We participate through sponsorship and attendance at the annual Friends of We Care Gala night as well as other fundraising events throughout the year.
