* Offset
Emission Data is sourced from the National Biodiesel Board website. www.BioDiesel.org Offset Emission Data
is a coefficient compiled from multiple EPA studies on BioDiesel. Recycled volume is crossed with a standard
80% multiplier to account for water, garbage, food particles, etc. Offset Emission Data is representative of
WVO converted into BioFuels and run in vehicle engines and or furnaces. Remaining waste is recycled in a environmentally
friendly fashion. All values measured
in pounds (lbs). |

** CO2 savings to equivelent trees was
determined by using an average of 7bs of CO2 used per tree per year and is an
estimate based on research and data compiled
through Tufts University Climate Intitiave and available online
at: www.tufts.edu/tie/tci/sequestration.htm Younger trees are
typically more efficient consumers of CO2, however sequestration of CO2 by
trees is highly variable based on tree type, age of tree and general
environmental conditions. |
